Nias Selatan's economy in 2017 grows 4.60 percent

Abstract

Nias Selatan's economy grew by 4.60 percent in 2017. This growth accelerated compared to the previous year. Based on the production approach, the highest growth was achieved by the field of transportation and warehousing businesses by 8.75 percent. Followed by the Business Field of electricity and gas procurement of 8.27 percent and the mining and quarrying field of 6.95 percent.

Based on the expenditure approach, the import component reached the highest growth of 10.57 percent, followed by the government consumption expenditure component of 8.07 percent and the gross fixed capital formation component of 7.58 percent.
